If you’ve been wondering “Is Vivaia legit?”, you’re definitely not alone. After seeing Vivaia shoes all over social media and hearing so many people in our Facebook Group ask about them, I finally decided to order a few pairs and see for myself.
Spoiler: Vivaia is absolutely legit – and the comfort level totally lived up to the hype.
Their shoes are lightweight, supportive, breathable, simple and easy to wear all day long. I ordered three different pairs to test: two directly from the Vivaia website and one from Nordstrom.
After trying them, I already have a few more styles sitting in my cart.
Is Vivaia a Legit Company?
Yes. Vivaia is a legitimate shoe brand that has become incredibly popular in the US over the last few years.
They now:
- have physical store locations in New York
- are sold at Nordstrom
- offer easy online returns
- carry wide-width and podiatrist-approved styles
One thing I personally liked was that you can order directly from Vivaia or through Nordstrom if you prefer faster shipping and easier returns.
Nordstrom had fewer styles available, but shipping was much quicker.
My Honest Vivaia Review
Here are the three Vivaia shoes I tried and what I honestly thought of each pair.
1. Vivaia Delia Slide Review
These were my favorite pair out of everything I ordered.
I’m honestly not usually a “slide person,” but these completely changed my mind. They’re effortless – just slip them on and go. They somehow work with everything and instantly make an outfit feel polished without trying too hard.
I wore them while hosting a party recently and spent the entire day running around carrying trays and food with zero discomfort.
They also got a hefty number of compliments 🙂
What I liked:
- extremely comfortable
- lightweight
- easy to style
- supportive enough for long wear

These come in whole European sizes only. I ordered:

2. Vivaia Kamber Sandal Review
The first thing I noticed about these was how unbelievably lightweight they are.
If you’ve tried the Sorel Kinetic sandals before, these feel somewhat similar – but lighter and softer underfoot.
These are great summer walking sandals if you:
- travel a lot spend
- hours on your feet
- want something comfortable but still stylish
What I liked:
- ultra lightweight
- soft footbed
- very comfortable for walking
- easy to pack for travel

3. Vivaia Anna Pointy Toe Pumps Review
This was the only pair that didn’t work perfectly for me size-wise — but I still really liked them.
I ordered these through Nordstrom, and the inside felt incredibly soft and comfortable immediately. The only issue was that the EU39.5 felt just slightly too snug for my foot.
I ended up exchanging them for a larger size through Nordstrom, and the return process was extremely easy.
These would work beautifully for:
- the office
- events
- evenings out
- travel when you need dressier shoes

I recommend to size up half a size in these pumps.

Vivaia Sizing Review
For reference:
- my regular US size is 8.5
I ordered:
- two pairs in EU39.5 / US8.5
- one pair in EU40 / US9
From my experience, Vivaia shoes generally fit true to size, but it doesn’t hurt to size up slightly — especially in more structured styles like pumps.
One thing I’d recommend:
👉 pay closer attention to the EU sizing than the US conversion.
Vivaia also offers:
- wide-width options that can accomodate bunions
- extra support styles
- APMA-approved shoes (American Podiatric Medical Association)
That’s a huge plus if you have sensitive feet or spend all day walking.

I ended up keeping all the pairs I ordered directly from Vivaia, but I still tested out their return portal to see how the process worked.
It was pretty straightforward.

So… Is Vivaia Legit? Final Verdict
After trying multiple pairs, I can confidently say Vivaia is legit.
The comfort, quality, and fit all felt worth the price to me – especially if you spend a lot of time on your feet and still want your shoes to look stylish.
My personal favorite was definitely the Delia Slide, but I’m already planning to try some of their sneakers next – especially the hands-free styles.
